HAL SIMONS

HAL SIMONS was last seen as Dickinson in 1776. This is Hal’s fourth go-around with Annie, having choreographed three productions, directed one of those, and filled in briefly as Rooster (opposite the Annie of Jami Lynn-Sigler of The Sopranos) in one as well. He is honored to be part of this very talented company. Hal will be directing and co-choreographing Hello, Dolly! for Landmark this spring. Hal is originally from the Bronx.

HANNA HAWSON is excited to make her Landmark debut in Carousel. She has been acting since age 7 with The Growing Stage and New Mexico Young Actors. Previous shows include: Beauty and the Beast Jr. (Chip), Pinocchio (Cat), Annie Jr. (Annie), and The Little Mermaid Jr. (Flounder.) Hanna is a 7th grader at Desert Willow Family School and wants nothing more than to pursue theater professionally after graduation.

Hasani Olujimi

HASANI OLUJIMI is a Navy veteran who loves to sing and dance. He is a 2018 Vivian Vance Award winner for his performance in The Full Monty as the character “Horse”. He’s delighted to be back on stage in another Landmark production after his performances in Kiss Me, Kate and La Cage aux Folles.

Hi Tillery

HI TILLERY has performed extensively for the last 19 years in the Albuquerque area. He has been in productions with ACLOA, MTS, ALT, Adobe Theater, Opera Southwest, Landmark Musicals, Santa Fe Opera, ABQ Stages and others. He was a member of the performing group known as Broadway. Hi’s other job is selling fleet vehicles for Tillery Chevrolet-ONC in Moriarty.

HUGH WITEMEYER retired from the UNM English Department in 2004....

 

HUGH WITEMEYER

HUGH WITEMEYER retired from the UNM English Department in 2004. Since then his principal activities have been theater and travel. Recent credits include The Importance of Being Earnest, a Christmas Carol, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Landmark’s Carousel, and Miracle on 34th Street. Hugh has also been active in the Albuquerque Theatre Guild (www.abqtheatre.org). Between shows he and his favorite traveling companion, Barbara Witemeyer, have visited Savannah and Hawaii. Life is good!
